What we train for, and what we don't.

A longer, leaner silhouette

Sustained holds at the end range of motion. The muscle adapts by toning, not thickening, so you lengthen rather than bulk.

No heavy load, no bulk, no bloat. The result you see in the mirror: a leaner physique, a lengthened line.
